Which brings me to the second email you’ll receive…

You’ll also get a notification from my Teachable school telling you that you’ve been enrolled into the challenge, headline -

‘You are now enrolled in The FREE 5-Day Food & Body Cleanse Challenge’

If you already have a Teachable account associated with the email you joined with, that’s it - all you have to do is click the link in that Teachable notification to get started.

However, if you don't have an account previously associated with your email address, you should should have been prompted to do so during sign-up. If you have any issues logging in try resetting your password or sending us an email.
