My world revolved around sugar and my biggest addiction were sugary drinks...When I had my baby, and I was like I have to quit my unhealthy relationship with sugar because my daughter will copy me. I wasn’t ready to do it, but I guessed ‘when is anyone ready’ to deal with this stuff? I did it anyway and I’m so freaking happy and thankful that I did.

I have worked through breaking cravings and negative eating patterns, as well as how to effectively tackle, release and unload stress, anxiety, and burnout.

I’ve also worked out how to escape the time stress trap, because I’ve come to learn that the three are 100% related. My hunch is someone you trust mentioned my name, or you stumbled upon one of my videos, or articles online. Whatever path you took, I’m really glad you’re here.This site is dedicated to teaching busy, ambitious, and driven ‘food challenged’ professionals to have it all, and enjoy it all, without sacrificing a thing.

I’m a data driven coach, committed to teaching you how to prioritize your health, well-being, and time, to be fully present in your life- all within an ambitious career, so you can be successful at work and successful in life.
