Most importantly for you to know is that I’m a recovering sugar-addict, and now a passionate advocate for sugar balanced living. I’ve been creating innovative strategies, methods and programs to help processed sugar, carb addiction, and junk food challenged people like me break free of their cravings and addictions permanently without the so-called ‘sugar and junk food detox’, or having to buy expensive ‘special’ sugar free foods, do a specific diet, or a special regime of exercise.

I’m passionately dedicated to helping you bypass overwhelm and self-doubt, and instead generate exciting momentum to living your happiest, healthiest life-- that’s exactly why I created this supportive virtual home to achievable, life-changing transformation, wherever it is needed, via content, resources, workshops, high-quality online learning programs + courses, and easy tools, and strategies to get YOU there.
