This’ll contain all of the info you need for getting started with the challenge - it’s structure, recipes and goals - as well as further tips for getting your account setup in the main challenge ‘headquarters’.

Which brings me to the second email you’ll receive…

You’ll also get a notification from my Teachable school telling you that you’ve been enrolled into the challenge, headline -

‘You are now enrolled in 5 Day Pre-Christmas Food Cleanse Challenge’

If you already have a Teachable account associated with the email you joined with, that’s it - all you have to do is click the link in that Teachable notification to get started.

However, if you don't have an account previously associated with your email address, you should also receive an email prompting you to confirm your email and set a password.
