Hi there, I’m Isabelle.

A major life event and personal crisis in my early teens led me down a ‘complicated’ journey with food and health and a path of anxiety, feelings of not being worthy and self-doubt, and begun the food crazies of overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, cheat eating and negative food obsessions, processed sugar, carb and junk-food cravings and addictions that over shadowed my life for years.

Out of this struggle came my passion to share the knowledge I gained in successfully overcoming these sugar and food centric issues. I now create real value via content, resources, workshops, high-quality online learning programs and courses to help you do the same.

I know you’ve read the blogs and eBooks about how to reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet but you feel more confused than ever, I also know that you’re committed to making this happen, and you probably wish someone would just take you by the hand and guide you through each step in order -- well that’s me!
