Super easy 3 ingredient, sugar free, keto, low carb, and vegan Valentines chocolate! With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, stores everywhere are loaded floor-to-roof with chocolates in all flavours shapes (esp hearts) and sizes. This, combined with the fact that chocolates are a traditional and popular valentines gift makes it incredibly hard to resist the sweet, sweet temptation - so why not make your own?

It’s that time of year - heart chocolates, roses, and lots of pink and red ribbons are all around us - yep, it’s Valentines!

However, all of that Valentines joy makes tempting treats hard to resist, after all, chocolate and food are both common and much loved gifts on Cupid’s favourite holiday.

What can we do? Do we enjoy the sweet indulgences and share the love of Valentine’s Day treats while on a low sugar, sugar free, or diet, or do we say no and take a U-turn away from that giant box of dessert? How about both?!

Sugar-Free I Heart U Chocolates

Simple yet delicious, my Sugar-Free I Heart U Chocolates are pretty and delicious, and happily, the artful skill of a chocolatier is not required to participate in making these healthy, homemade chocolates this Valentine’s Day!

These sugar free Chocolates are a fun way to create a healthy no sugar (and keto) treat for the special occasion - you can share them with a loved one because they’re guaranteed delicious or just go for them by yourself with a rom-com - cuz they’re totally guilt free.

Easy, sugar-free, (and low cost)

Also, they’re pretty cheap to make - you don’t need to spend large amounts of money on ready-made sugar free chocolate - simply mix up coconut oil, cocoa, stevia and you’re good to go!

Plus, many packaged guilt-free chocolates contain weird sugar replacements that can cause digestive distress and insulin spikes, but with these adorable hearts you know you’ll get all of the chocolate flavour without the side effects!

Easily customize by adding sugar free pure flavorings, extracts, diced nuts or coconut flakes for extra crunch, or vanilla bean paste for a punch of vanilla.
